Email offers

After a few seconds on the site, a box invites you to leave your email to receive LIMEN’s offers and news. It is optional: you can close it and the site works all the same. We only subscribe you if you tick the consent checkbox.

Your email is stored in a Supabase database in the European Union (Frankfurt), together with the language, page and date of consent, which we keep as proof. We write rarely, only about promotions and news on our services, and every email tells you how to unsubscribe. You can also write to info@limencga.it: we delete your email within 30 days. Withdrawing consent does not affect what was done before.

Who we share it with

These providers process data on our behalf and only for these purposes. They may process it outside the European Union: such transfers rely on the safeguards set out in the GDPR, namely the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.

We don’t disclose your data to anyone else, unless the law requires it.

Our social media profiles

The site links to our Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok profiles. They are plain links: until you open them, the site loads nothing from these platforms and sends them no data.

When you visit our profiles or message us there, your data is also processed by Meta Platforms Ireland (Instagram), LinkedIn Ireland and TikTok Technology Limited under their own policies: Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok. For the aggregated visitor statistics the platforms show us, without telling us who you are, we are joint controllers with them (Art. 26 GDPR) under the agreements they provide. To exercise your rights over that data you can write to us or directly to the platform.

How we protect data

The site is served over HTTPS only, with security headers that block unauthorised external content. Only LIMEN’s partners can access messages, using protected accounts.

Automated decisions and minors

We make no decisions based solely on automated processing and we do no profiling. Our services are aimed at businesses and professionals: we do not knowingly collect data from children under 14.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to access, correct or delete your data, restrict its use, object to its processing or receive it in a readable format (Arts. 15-22 GDPR). Write to info@limencga.it: we reply within 30 days.

You can also lodge a complaint with the Italian Garante per la protezione dei dati personali or with the supervisory authority of the country where you live.

Do you have to give us your data?

No. Without a way to reach you, though, we can’t reply.

Changes

If we change how we handle data, we will update this page and the date at the top.
